Coaches layer intensity, load and complexity in real time - so you're always working at the edge of your capability, not beyond it. Wherever you're starting from, the program meets you there and builds from that point.

BRIQX programming follows a weekly system designed to develop strength, engine capacity and athletic performance. Sessions are built around four distinct classes - each with a specific purpose - and follow a structured 12-week performance system that progressively builds from foundation to peak output.

FORGE
Strength Development
Strength development using compound lifts and progressive overload. Each FORGE session follows a structured format: warm up, main lift, build phase and a HYROX-style closer. Sessions run Monday (lower body), Wednesday (upper body) and Friday (full body) - all following the same weekly percentage system.
RUSH
Engine Conditioning
Engine conditioning using ergs, sleds, running and intervals. No session is repeated across the 12-week block. Formats include threshold intervals, density efforts, pace builders and race-style workouts. RUSH builds aerobic capacity and conditioning that carries over to everything else you do.
MOTION
Athletic Power & Speed
Explosive athletic performance: plyometrics, speed and power. MOTION develops speed, power and athletic ability through skill and technique work, explosive power, speed strength and athletic conditioning. Sessions progress from movement control in Phase 1 through to peak speed and power expression in Phase 3.
CREW
Team-Based Training
Team-based workouts focused on community and effort. CREW is where the collective energy of the group drives the session. Show up, work together and push each other further than you'd go alone. The perfect way to end the training week.

12-Week
Performance System
BRIQX follows a structured 12-week system designed to progressively develop strength, engine capacity and athletic performance. Each phase builds on the last, with deload weeks at Week 6 and Week 11, and a testing week at Week 12.

FOUNDATION
Weeks 1-4
Movement quality and technique. Controlled tempo. Building base strength and aerobic capacity.

BUILD
Weeks 5-8
Increasing load and intensity. Developing strength and conditioning.

PERFORM
Weeks 9-12
Performance and output. Higher intensity and testing.
The BRIQX Scaling System

This is a choice-based system. Every session, members select their level based on experience, confidence and current fatigue. The percentage increases each week across the 12-week block - so the structure stays the same while the load progresses. Scalable from beginner to elite within the same class.
