How It Works
Sign Up Online
Purchase your 7 Day Intro Pass through our booking system. Takes less than 2 minutes.
Book Your First Class
Choose a class that suits your schedule. We recommend starting with a FORGE session or Reformer Control.
Show Up & Train
Arrive 10 minutes early. Our coaches will welcome you, show you around, and get you set up for your first session.

What To Expect
The Environment
BRIQX is welcoming, energising and powerful. From the moment you walk through the doors you should feel comfortable and included. Sessions build intensity through the workout before transitioning into a calmer cooldown phase.
All Levels Welcome
BRIQX welcomes people from all walks of life - from experienced athletes to everyday people looking to improve their health and confidence. Sessions are scalable for all levels.
What To Bring
Wear comfortable athletic clothing. Bring a water bottle and a towel. For Reformer Pilates, grip socks are required (available for purchase at the studio).
Booking Classes
All classes are booked through our Mindbody app. Download it, create an account, and you're ready to book. Classes fill up fast - we recommend booking 24-48 hours in advance.

FAQs
Do I need experience to start?
Not at all. All classes are designed to be scalable. Our coaches will guide you through modifications so you can train at your own level.
What's the difference between Reformer Pilates and Functional Training?
Reformer Pilates uses spring-based resistance for controlled, low-impact strength and mobility work. Functional Training focuses on strength, conditioning, and athletic performance. Both are designed to complement one another - train across both for the best results.
How do I book classes?
All bookings are made through the Mindbody app or our website. Simply create an account, purchase your membership or intro pass, and book your classes.
What if I can't make a class I've booked?
We ask that you cancel at least 2 hours before your class to free up the spot for other members. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Where are you located?
We're based on Township Drive, Burleigh Heads, QLD. Parking is available on-site.
