All classes must be booked in advance via Mindbody. Classes fill quickly - we recommend booking 24-48 hours ahead.
Cancellations
Cancel at least 2 hours before your class. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class. Late arrivals may not be admitted to ensure a smooth session for all members.
